Winning jobs and entertaining customers is but a small part of an account manager’s role in the construction materials industry. Often they are also project managers, product consultants, trouble-shooters & problem solvers, back-charge negotiators, and everything else that falls in their laps on the front line.

This 12-week course is designed specifically to provide insights, awareness, and counter-intuitive techniques to change how the game is being played.

More importantly, it was created after years of one-on-one weekly coaching sessions with actual account managers working the day-to-day job of managing customers – their unreasonable expectations and heavy-handed negotiation tactics.
